gingerbread village ...

wednesday night we finally did our gingerbread village!
I had decided to get a village so the kids would each have their
own houses to decorate = no fighting!

we actually started at about 4pm, but they were not about to stay
together with frosting - so it became a project for mama!
let's just say, the kids are not allowed to eat anything once it touches
the houses ... as I finally gave up and super-glued the
dang things! so, it was a couple hours later that were finally
all glued together and ready for decorating!

they all had a blast!
one certain little somebody was really enjoying it,
because he was eating the candy!
(much to big sissy's dismay)

I tried to take several pics as they decorated!

as they finished their houses, I took a picture!

he's so proud!

now look who has a mouth full of candy!

and there it is, our Christmas village!
