have fun in the sun ...

we've had two very hot days (yesterday and today) ... but I didn't catch any photos of the kids outside playing in the sprinkler! nope, these are pics from the end of September on a sunny day. the really great part about where we live is that we do, indeed, get a lot of sunshine ... even if the temps aren't always so superb!  it was really cute having the littles get in on the action this day, though they did end up with lots of chalk on themselves - it's ok, though, Zoey was rocking that blue nose look!  I forgot to get pics of the completed masterpieces (except mine) but I have to mention that I really enjoyed seeing all the lovely drawings all over the sidewalk ... until it rained and washed it all away!  so, here's our pics ...
